A: Dogs/animals, required by ordinance, to be registered may be have that completed at the City Utilities office located on the first floor of City Hall, 112 S. Chauncey St.

A: Individuals are allowed 4 garage sale permits per year. You may purchase your garage sale permit for $1.00 each at the City Utilities office located on the first floor of City Hall, 112 S. Chauncey St.

Q: Where do I pay a traffic ticket?

A: Traffic tickets are paid at the Whitley County Clerk's office located at 101 W. Van Buren St Second floor of the Courthouse in Room 10.

A: You need to call the Whitley County Clerk's office at 260-248-3102

Q: Where do I pay parking tickets or Ordinance Violation tickets?

A: Parking tickets and Ordinance Violation tickets are paid at the City's Clerk's office located at 112 S. Chauncey St. first floor of City Hall at the Utilities offices.

Q: How do I rent the FOP Lodge?

A: Come into the Dispatch Center located on the first floor of City Hall. There is a $200.00 fee to rent the hall. $100.00 deposit will hold the date you are requesting. The remaining $100.00 of the total fee must be paid prior to the rental date. The key is available for you to pick-up after midnight of the day prior to your rental date. The key must be returned before midnight of your rental date.
